The French Association of card manufacturers and issuers(AFPC) has just released the updated index of card production cost in France, such index being published since 2010.
During this interview taking place a few weeks before “Cartes Secure Connexions” (Trustech) trade show, President Philippe Delanoue reviews the context of this strategic industry.
It should be noticed that its members, which are European headquartered companies, together supply more than 80% of global payment chip cards.
